Delete your Pilive account

1. What is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, your Pilive login account and associated personal data stored for service operation are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

2. How to request deletion

Open the Pilive app, sign in, and go to My Page to use the account deletion menu. If you cannot access the app, send your login email address and deletion request to support@ad-i.com for identity verification.

3. Data that may remain

Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or security logs.

Request deletion on the web

Sign in with the Google account used for Pilive, then submit account deletion. Your crystals and account data will not be restored if you sign up again later.
